ITI IR 640
The ITI IR-640 serves as the high-resolution flagship model in this handheld thermal camera series, featuring an uncooled FPA VOx detector delivering a 640x512 pixel infrared resolution. Operating within the 8–14 µm spectral range with a 30 mK thermal sensitivity, it pairs higher thermal detail with an expanded 5-inch visible display screen for clearer on-site analysis. Its spatial resolution provides fine optical clarity, achieving 0.66 mrad with the standard 24° lens and up to 0.16 mrad with the optional 6° lens.
Capable of standard temperature measurements from -20°C to 410°C and optional ranges extending from 300°C up to 2000°C, the camera maintains an accuracy of ±2°C or ±2%. Operational capabilities include a 5 MP visual camera, automatic laser alignment, a 40-meter laser range finder, and full support for radiometric image (.jpg/.png) and video (H.264/full-radiation irv) recording to an SD card. The rugged IP54-rated housing is rounded out by comprehensive wireless options: including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, optional 4G, and optional GPS—as well as full compatibility with secondary analysis desktop software.
